Player's Roles during Practices

• Attend every practice and game that it is reasonably possible to attend and will notify the coach when attendance not possible. Player development is first Priority.

• All players are required to wearing Shin Pads at both practices and games.

• Appropriate footwear at all times and must be clean and polished.

• All shirts are tucked in during practice and games.

• Appropriate team apparel for all events.

• Cell phones and music devices are NOT allowed.

• As a recreational player, expect everyone on the team to receive a fair and equal amount of playing time.

• Do your best to listen and learn from my coaches.

• Show more self-discipline by being early for practice, and first out on the field.

• Respect coaches, fellow soccer players, parents, spectators on both sides and officials with respect, good manners and common decency.

• Accept seriously the responsibility and privilege of representing our community.

• Encourage parents/guardians to be involved with my team and the MFC in some capacity because it is important to all to come together as a community.

• Do not let soccer interfere with doing your very best in school.

• Remember that youth soccer is an opportunity to learn and have fun.

• Take victory modestly and defeat graciously.

• Treat others as you wish to be treated by others.

• Obey the rules of the game and Respect the referees' decision at all times.
