	Parent's Roles during Practices
>	Parents are allowed to watch practices as well games and lend the players full support in a positive manner.
>	Do not point out mistakes, leave that up to the coach, but dwell on their accomplishments as well their efforts.
>	Avoid material rewards. Build an attitude of hard work and perseverance.
>	Be interested but not overbearing about your child’s participation.
>	Don't put pressure on your child; help to keep your child focused on team participation.
>	Avoid overreacting to wins or losses.
>	Provide a positive attitude towards the referee. Never argue with a referee or lines person.
>	Let the players play
